What is the item processing time?
After receiving your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing to ensure the product's quality before shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time of approximately 3-7 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
Shipping Status
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review the order status and obtain a tracking number.
